Yes, basic ad posting is completely free on clickbuy.lk. However, we also offer premium features like "Featured Ads" and "Top of the List" promotions for a small fee to help your listings get more visibility.

Regular ads stay active on our platform for 30 days. After this period, they will be automatically archived. You can reactivate your ad from your account dashboard if your item is still available for sale.

When viewing an ad, you'll see either a phone number or a "Contact Seller" button. You can either call directly or use our built-in messaging system to send an inquiry. For your safety, we recommend using our platform's messaging initially before sharing personal contact information.

If you encounter a suspicious listing or user, please report it immediately using the "Report Ad" button on the listing page or contact our support team. Never send money in advance without seeing the item in person, and be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true.
