clickbuy.lk does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy. We strongly recommend users exercise caution and due diligence when engaging in transactions.

Any transaction entered into through our Services is between the buyer and seller only. clickbuy.lk is not a party to any transaction and will not be liable for any issues that arise from transactions conducted through our Services.

7. Prohibited Items and Services

The following items and services may not be listed on clickbuy.lk:

• Counterfeit or stolen items
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
• Drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia

clickbuy.lk and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by clickbuy.lk and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on clickbuy.lk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post on clickbuy.lk and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

CLASSIFIEDLK DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF OUR SERVICES IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLASSIFIEDLK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLASSIFIEDLK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CLASSIFIEDLK, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless clickbuy.lk, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and clickbuy.lk regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.

Waiver: The failure of clickbuy.lk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without the prior written consent of clickbuy.lk. clickbuy.lk may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure: clickbuy.lk shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, terrorism, government action, civil unrest, riot, war, strikes or labor problems, internet service failures, or any other cause beyond clickbuy.lk's reasonable control.
